Jim Bolger has enjoyed an excellent few recent days, highlighted by his Pleascach's win in the 1,000 Guineas and the former Champion Trainer and his stable jockey Kevin Manning were on the mark with Ringside Humour winner of the Summer Festival Weekend June 20th & 21st Rated Race at Gowran today.
Ringside Humour was recording her third win of the campaign and providing her sire Teofilo with another, albeit lesser, winner following the high profile wins of both Bolger's Round Two and Pleascach at the weekend.
Following Ringside Humour's win, Bolger's travelling head man Ger Flynn stated "Kevin (Manning) said she's very tough and very brave, and he'd plenty of horse under him. She got a nice run up the rail, and handled the ground.
"She's two from two here (at Gowran) now and she's in again at Fairyhouse tomorrow night in the last race but we'll see how she comes out of this."
