The Jim Bolger trained Ceol Na Nog who completed a hat-trick of wins during the summer, ended a six race losing spell when returning to winning ways in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) Handicap at her favoured track, Navan, today.
The daughter of Teofilo won three consecutive races under today’s jockey Kevin Manning in May and June and while beaten six times subsequently, showed plenty resolve again today when fending off the late challenges of both Elm Grove and Dragon Fei
Bolger later stated “he likes Navan and has won three times here now.
“She could go to Leopardstown and then I’ll have to find out how to mate her.”
