Cash Or Casualty made a successful return to the turf when running out a game all-the-way winner of the seven-furlong handicap at Naas.
Damian English 's charge enjoyed a fine campaign on the all-weather over the winter, winning three, and transferred that form back to the grass today.
Rory Cleary found a willing partner in the closing stages as he stuck on well to record a length victory over Ondeafears who finished well.
“What can I say about him - he's a horse that keeps giving,” said English.
“We ran him here in an apprentice race last year on yielding and he ran alright to finish seventh. There were no whips but he kept galloping and we thought we'd give him another shot on this ground as he's a lot stronger this year.
“We'll see what the handicapper does now and look for another handicap over seven.”
