Casey seen to good effect
The Tony O'Malley Memorial Handicap Chase was won by James Lambe's Torride Kentavr with David Casey in the saddle.
It was quite eventful race with the early exit of Wishwillow Lord at the second and then Sharp Doctor crashing out 6 from home. Both jockeys and horses are fine. Casey improved to lead in the straight and held off the late challenge of Davenport Democrat with Ruby Walsh on board.
Trainer James Lamb said, 'he has always been a high class horse, he has a good pedigree and has been placed at most of the festivals. He was specifically trained for this race as he was third in it last year. David Casey gave him a great ride.'
