Captain Henry back to winning ways
Captain Henry from the Eddie Lynam stable was back to his winning ways when he took Division One of the Cuchulainn Crystal Handicap.
Wayne Lordan was hard at work aboard the Captain Rio gelding from over a furlong out, the pair kept on strongly to lead close home and deny King Of Aran by half a length.
Winning trainer Lynam said afterwards: “He had lost his way but he seems to be back to himself and he’s dropped in the ratings.”
“He has plenty of ability but he just got fed up of everything but he seems to be back on an even keel and it was great to get the win.”
