Capitol Hill could book his ticket to Galway next week with a big performance at Wexford this afternoon.
The John Murphy-trained gelding, who currently has two entries at the Ballybrit track, got off the mark at the eighth attempt at Killarney earlier this month.
He now bids for a quick double in the Sile Seoige Judges Littlewoods Ireland Ladies Day Rated Race over an extended one mile three furlongs.
"We expect a big run from him. I'm quite confident he'll stay and he's very progressive. He's come on great since that first win last time and he's on a good curve upwards," said the Co. Cork handler.
"He's tough and takes his racing well. He likes the ground and is a sound horse. He may turn up again at Galway next week if all goes well."
