The 4/6 favourite Cabin was made to work hard to claim victory in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden.
Ridden by Seamie Heffernan for his boss Aidan O’Brien, the daughter of Galileo race in third in the early stages before being pushed along as they entered the straight.
She responded well to pressure and despite swishing her tail she came between both Hayloft and Furacano and kept on best to score by half a length at the line.
Hayloft finished second at 2/1 for Mick Halford and Shane Foley while the Tracey Collins trained Furacano put in an eye-catching run to finish a further half a length back in third under Michael Hussey at 20/1.
Winning rider Seamie Heffernan said afterwards, when asked about her tail swishing antics: "She hasn't run for a while and I'd say she was just very fresh."
He added: "I’m just delighted to have a winner, it’s only my seventh of the season".
The winner was having her third career start this evening having finished a close second to Epsom Oaks winner Was on her debut at the Curragh last August before disappointing on her second start, finishing eighth behind Ronans Bay at Fairyhouse last September.
