Byrne guides Mid Mon Lady to sixth win
Daryl Byrne was seen to great affect when steering Mid Mon Lady to her sixth career win (and a fifth under the seven pounds claiming apprentice) when producing the Harry Rogers trained mare to defeat 4/5f Akzar in the concluding Ballyhack Race at Fairyhouse today.
Afterwards Rogers reported "she deserved to get another win (her first win since October '09) and we'll aim her at one of those handicaps at The Galway Festival next."
The win was Rogers' fourth of the campaign.
