The James Lambe-trained Brave Display bounced back to winning ways when claiming the finale in convincing fashion at the Curragh this afternoon.
Seamie Heffernan did the steering on the 18/1 shot and produced him to lead between horses just inside the final furlong.
The seven-year-old kept on strongly in the closing stages of the six-furlong contest to record a length-and-a-half win over Misterio
Brave Display, running off a mark of 41, was recording his first win since scoring over five furlongs here in May 2018.
Heffernan said:- “James said he was working well. He’s rated 41 and he’s back moving good and sweet.
“The man who owns him, Richard Behan, has bits and pieces in training every year. It’s lovely to ride a winner for him.”
