Our Bobby stayed on best on the run-in to land the spoils in the Fleadh Cheoil Handicap Chase at Wexford.
Eoin Walsh held his mount up in the two-mile-three contest before taking closer order over the third last.
The John Burke-trained gelding was under pressure behind the leaders turning for home but kept on gamely and a better jump at the last gave him the advantage over Finnians Row
The 5/2 favourite went on to post a length-and-a-quarter victory.
Paddy Burke, father of the winning trainer, said:- "He has the option of going over hurdles or fences and we'll see where we go next. He is not too bad over hurdles and we'll keep him going.
“He is doing very well and has four races won now. It probably wasn't a great race today and he'll probably get 5 or 6lb for it. He'll keep going for the summer.
“He is going up in the handicap the whole time and when you're going up you're going to be caught eventually."
