Better luck for Star
Future All Star got off the mark over fences when claiming the jogforjockeys.ie Handicap Chase at Clonmel.
Colm Murphy 's charge hadn't enjoyed much luck on his handicap debut over the larger obstacles at Fairyhouse, when brought down turning for home, but got a clear run today.
He moved into contention before the second last, under Robbie Power, and went on at the last for a two-length success over Fortune Seeker
"We've been a long-time waiting for that. He's a horse that's had a lot of little problems," said Murphy.
"The rain was welcome and it worked out perfect. We'll try and get another little handicap for him."
