Berry completes Fairyhouse double
Sean Og Coulston followed up on his recent win at Down Royal when coming home in front of the Fairyhouseracecourse.ie Handicap making it a double on the day for jockey Fran Berry.
Berry produced the 100/30 shot to lead inside the final furlong and the pair kept on well to score by a convincing two and a half lengths.
James Nash said afterwards: “Pure patience has really paid off with this lad.”
“He is in again on Friday at Limerick so if he eats up and is ok in the morning he’ll go there.”
Berry was on the mark earlier when taking the opening race on this evening’s aboard the Ken Condon trained Bold Thady Quill
