Bay Swallow gives Grant a treble
Local jockey Danny Grant was enjoying an evening to remember after he recorded a 231/1 treble when 9/2 favourite Bay Swallow from the Pat Flynn stable came home in front of the Harney’s Dunhill Handicap.
Winning trainer Flynn said afterwards, “That was a nice little double to have and it’s fantastic she won, she’s a three parts sister to Grey Swallow.”
“I think she’ll be much better next year and I think she’ll turn into a very nice filly next year and the better ground really suited her.”
