Bay Ambition came home strongly to land the opening maiden hurdle over an extended two miles six in Downpatrick.
Jonathan Moore sent her into the lead in the final 100 yards and the pair kept on to score by a length at 8/1.
She took over from Gordon Elliott's Multifactorial (5/4f) who came in three and a half lengths in front of stablemate Three is Company (who made most of the running at a steady pace) at 12/1.
Trainer Gavin Cromwell said: "She ran a blinder the first day in Roscommon and it looked an obvious race there today with the step up in trip.
"It's grand, she was good and stamina came into play.
"The majority of the syndicate are from Galway."
