Barry & Doyle in double form
Eoin Doyle and Shay Barry completed a double this evening when King High won the August 12th-15th Beginners Chase in good style.
Barry produced the 11/4 favourite to lead three flights from home and the pair soon forged clear to record a seven length win over Carutomark
Winning trainer Doyle said afterwards: "He's a lovely horse, he came from John Jo O'Neills. He got a grand run up on this inside."
"He needs good ground so we'll keep him in Novice Chases and the long term aim will be Galway."
Doyle and Barry were on the mark earlier when Dusty Trail took the opening race on this evenings card.
