United Front was one of four runners O'Brien sent to the track this evening and while the Ballydoyle supremo has bigger fish to fry with Magic Wand running in the $20m Riyadh Saudi Cup tomorrow, last year's Chesham Stakes-ninth placed United Front nonetheless gained a straightforward four lengths maiden win.
Champion Jockey Donnacha O'Brien's retirement provides Ballydoyle stalwart Heffernan's with improved prospects for 2020 and following his own first winner of the year, stated “he’d some very good runs last year. He has a little bit of class and did everything right.”
