The Mages Mullins trained Ballychorus justified 5/4 favourism to win the Social Package Hurdle at Cork today, scoring for owner Barry Connell and retained jockey Adrian Heskin.
Heskin, who returned from injury in time to ride at last week's Galway Festival moved the daughter of King's Theatre to the front entering the home straight before staying on well for a four and three parts of a length win over Cootamundra
Afterwards Mullins stated "she's a lovely mare and three miles is her trip. She's doing everything lovely at the moment and Adrian gave her a lovely ride.
"I'll talk to Barry (Connell) to see where we'll go but I'd say she'll go back over fences at some stage."
