Ballinrobe plays host to a seven-race mixed card in which the feature contest is the E.P.S. Pumps Handicap Hurdle for four-year-olds.
Seven have been declared for the two-miler, with five-time winner Lindenhurst carrying top weight.
The John McConnell-trained gelding finished ninth in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham in March and has had his last few runs on the level, winning last time out at Bellewstown.
Gigginstown House Stud are double-handed with The Plan Man and Cape Glory, who both have claimers aboard to ease their hefty weights. Erlkonig finished just four lengths fourth to McKinley at Galway and is sure to be well supported, while Shutter Island will bid to follow up his convincing maiden hurdle success at Roscommon on his penultimate start. Our Manekineko and Sharjah complete the line-up and both look to have solid claims carrying light weights.
The Costello McDermott Mares Maiden Hurdle is the first jumps contest on the programme and Storm Away should prove hard to beat.
The Pat Flynn-trained five-year-old already has three wins to her name and she is sure to be well-prepared for this, her debut over hurdles.
The Broderick's Electrical Handicap Hurdle looks a wide-open affair, with the consistent Go Paddy Go heading the field.
He looks to have solid claims in this 14-runner race, while others to consider are Lost Book I C Gold Steel King and Much Wants More
The Easyfix Rubber Products Maiden Hurdle rounds off proceedings and the ones to focus on here seem to be Little Rocky Hash Brown and Abbazagga
The opening contest of the evening is the Breaffy House Resort Handicap and it appears a competitive heat.
Philip Byrne has booked Pat Smullen to ride Roisin Dubh and she should give a good account of herself in first-time blinkers. General Bunching won on his last start at Dundalk and he is another with leading claims, while the consistent House Limit handicap debutant Luimneach Abu and the Joe Murphy-trained Hatch Hall are others to consider.
The Vaughan Shoes Maiden looks a match between the Aidan O'Brien-trained Falkirk and Dermot Weld's Pirate Cove while the well-bred Mouskersize is an interesting contender in the fiercely competitive Burleigh Accountants Handicap.
