The Aidan O’Brien trained Await The Dawn came home in front of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Supporting I.T.B.A (C&G) Maiden in the hands of stable jockey Johnny Murtagh.

Murtagh was always prominent on the Giant’s Causeway colt, clear leader from 4f out and stayed on well from over 1f out to hold off his stable mate Banyan Tree and Seamie Heffernan by 4 lengths.
