Apprentice Davis rides second winner of week

Seventeen year old apprentice jockey Sean Davis partnered his second winner at Leopardstown today, steering the John Larkin trained Total Demolition to win the Aslan Apprentice Handicap, six days following his first riding success.
Davis, from Maynooth, rode his first winner here last Friday on Maknificent for his employer Michael O'Callaghan and today beat one of his boss’s runners Indian Tomahawk when producing the Total Demolition with a well timed run for his easy two lengths win over Windsor Beach 0ALarkin, based in Co Louth, was recording his first winner since Chillie Billie won on August 1 at the Galway festival.
