Another winner for the Prince - at Dundalk
On a memorable day for Prince Khalid Abdulla after the astonishing display of Frankel at Newmarket, his Address Unknown kept things ticking over at a lower level when landing the four-runner www. dundalkstadium.com Race under Pat Smullen.
All of the quartet had a chance as things panned out from the quarter mile pole but odds-on favourite Address Unknown stamped his class on proceedings going on in the final furlong to beat the nicely-supported Stephen's Green (12s in the morning into 6s) by three and a half lengths.
Smullen said of the Dermot Weld-trained blinkered son of Oasis Dream: "He'll probably go up in trip to a mile and a half. He gave trouble in the stalls last year and he hasn't lost those tendencies yet."
