Co Meath based trainer Tony Martin saddled Another Ambition under Paul Carberry, to win The Thomastown Handicap Hurdle.

Carberry raced the Oscar gelding towards rear, made progress travelling well 3 out, led before last and kept on well to win comfortably.

Martin commented afterwards, "This horse has been very disappointing but he won like a decent horse today. I was beginning to lose faith in him, we've no set plans for him."
