Ambition is nobody's fool
The David Wachman-trained Foolish Ambition showed the benefit of a previous run at the Curragh earlier this year when justifying odds-on support in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden.
The Danehill Dancer juvenile, available at 4/5 in the ring and sent off the 4/6 market leader, was headed a furlong out by newcomer Dance Hall Girl but rallied gamely under Wayne Lordan to eventually prevail by a length and a quarter. She's A Staker was up with the pace throughout but could find no extra inside the final furlong finishing a further length and three quarters back in third.
