All-the-way win for Balloo
Back To Balloo

The Colin McBratney trained Back To Balloo made all for a clear cut win in the Follow Us On Twitter @fairyhouse Beginners Chase at Fairyhouse today, scoring under a somewhat enterprising ride from amateur rider Noel McParlan.
The hooded son of Jimble pulled quite hard early and was soon in front. The gelding quickened clear of the field from the fifth and from there never say another rival, scoring comfortably by eight and a half lengths over Azembouy Premier.
McBratney later stated “that was fantastic! He has been hard to settle and Noel gave him a great ride today. He jumped away and has caught on to the jumping end of things.
“We took him to Ayr when the ground was very sticky but he did that nicely and we're well pleased. There's a nice handicap at Ayr on June 8 for him and that's the plan and we'll keep motoring while the ground is good.”
