There weren't too many worries for those that backed Adriana Des Mottes from 11/10 to 8/11 for the Festival Hospitality 3-y-o Maiden Hurdle and she pretty effortlessly completed a double for Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh after Boston Bob in the preceding race at Punchestown.
A daughter of Sprinter Sacre, Rubi Light and Rubi Ball's sire, Network, Adriana Des Mottes wasn't great three out but apart from that she was pretty flawless from the front. Mrs Susannah Ricci's youngster went clear from the next. She ultimately accounted for Halling's Treasure by all of eighteen lengths.
"Her previous experience of the ground and jumping was big help there. She looks to be a natural hurdler and will go up in grade now and we'll see what she can do," reflected Mullins in the aftermath. (AM & EM)
