Last year's winner Abacadabras along with recent Navan scorer Darasso have been ruled out of this afternoon's Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown, leaving just three runners in the Grade 1 event.
Abacadabras is reported stiff and his trainer Gordon Elliott now relies on recent Down Royal winner Zanahiyr while the Lismullen Hurdle winner Darasso has been injured in transit.
Willie Mullins' duo head the betting in the two-miler with Echoes In Rain generally a 6/5 shot ahead of stable-mate Sharjah who trades at 13/8. Zanahiyr is a 7/2 chance.
There are also just four going to post now in the Grade 2 Florida Pearl Chase following the withdrawals of Dewcup, who ran yesterday, and Run Wild Fred, who is out due to the going. Sixshooter is a solid 6/5 favourite in the two-mile-six contest ahead of Vanillier on 15/8.
