Double Scores and Jack Kennedy

Double Scores added to the significant Gordon Elliott gains at Navan (4 winners) when rounding off the card at Limerick with success under Jack Kennedy in the Book Online At www.limerickraces.ie Beginners Chase.
A 203rd winner of the season between Britain and Ireland for Elliott, Double Scores proved much the strongest over the closing couple of fences to beat Captain Bizarro by thirteen lengths.
Gigginstown House Stud own Double Scores. Gigginstown and Elliott also combined to take a four-year-old maiden point-to-point today at The Pigeons with Valdieu.
"It was a very ordinary contest but they still take winning. He has a mark of 117 and I doubt he'll (the handicapper) will be doing much with his mark after that. He'll go handicapping next," said Olly Murphy representing Elliott.
