A 907/1 four-timer was brought up for Aidan O’Brien at Leopardstown, in race four on the programme, as Seamie Heffernan rode a second winner on the card aboard Love Locket in the Group Three Leopardstown Fillies Trial Stakes.
Heffernan rode the opening scorer, Ennistymon which set the ball rolling on successes for Tiger Moth (Wayne Lordan) and Cormorant (Padraig Beggy) as Ballydoyle continued their blistering form.
O’Brien also had the third behind Love Locket (got the job done from the front), Precious Moments but it was Johnny Murtagh’s Know It All (checked after two furlongs) that did best of the rest. She finished strongly to get within a length and a half of the victorious No Nay Never filly in second place.
“She's big and she's done well from two to three,” said Heffernan.
“I would have won at any trip today, five, six or seven. I've had four rides and I've given two of them good rides!
“There is a big bias being in front here today. It's as big a bias as I've seen being in front.
“I don't see why she wouldn't get a mile but she mightn't have to go a mile.
“Usually if they are comfortable going six we keep them at six. They usually just go up in trip if they are not comfortable. She's comfortable at six/seven.”
C.D. Hayes, rider of Back To Brussels trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped in running.
S. Foley, rider of Celestial Object trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no run.
At the request of the Stewards, C.T. Keane, rider of Peace Charter (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got no run.
