Suntiep (far-side) beat Hard To Swallow at Navan

"That's his game – jumping and staying. He's a real out and out stayer.
"We'll be aiming him at that sort of trip again. We'll probably be looking at Fairyhouse at Easter for him," said Willie Mullins of Suntiep winner of Navan Golf Course Maiden Hurdle.
Ruby Walsh, on his only ride of the weekend, said Suntiep "jumped incredible," and the relation of Pomme Tiepy followed-up his Limerick bumper win by accounting for Hard To Swallow by a length and three parts.
The victorious 7/4 favourite asserted in the closing stages whilst backers of Fergiethelegend (8/1 this morning into 9/2) got no run for their money as he stumbled and unseated Andrew McNamara at the start. (AM & EM)
