Twomey's patient approach paying off with Moll
After their success with Maoilin at Dundalk on Wednesday there was more success up in grade for Team Valor, Paddy Twomey and Billy Lee when Moll triumphed in the Listed Irish Stallion Farms EBF Noblesse Stakes at Cork. Sat 03rd AprLee doubles up on Confidence High
Confidence High reappeared under the mandatory 6lb penalty for winning at Leopardstown on Tuesday and repeated the feat at the same venue today. Sun 14th JunTwomey aims to move through grades with Moll
Moll was a warm order on her first start for Paddy Twomey and the market got it right in the Leopardstown Handicap over a mile and a quarter. Sun 14th JunMoll makes breakthrough for Cahill
Moll continued her progressive profile when opening her account in the mile maiden at Dundalk this evening. Fri 10th JanMoon shines with debut win
Apricot Moon made a taking winning debut at odds of 20/1 at Dundalk today as the Andy Oliver trained filly landed the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) Maiden from a wide draw in 16, under jockey Bill Lee. Fri 13th Dec

She was fourth to Even So at Naas last year and was only beaten three lengths but got injured. Moll has top class ability and I supplemented her for the Irish Oaks last year and I wasn't messing when I did it,. It's day by day with Moll and if there is an ease in the ground she'll run in the Munster Oaks back here in June. She has the ability to go all the way but she has been physically immature and everything she is doing, she is doing on natural ability. You have to be patient.

Team Valor bought her and she came to me about ten days after she won in Dundalk. She’s a nice filly and was just ready to run today. I think she’ll progress. It looked a nice spot to start and thankfully it worked out. She’ll have no bother stepping up in trip. We’ll see what the handicapper does but she has the ability to go into Stakes company. Her owners are game and I’d imagine they would like to travel with her in time.

She's improved with every run,. We were going to wait for a seven-furlong race next week but we think she needs every bit of a mile and going forward we'll probably even step her up in trip. Conor felt that an extra two furlongs would help her. To get her maiden out of the way is great. I don't think there is too much here for her and we might give her a bit of a break and come back for the turf. We ran her first time out in Naas and she didn't appreciate the ground but it was very soft that day. I'd say she's maybe a good ground filly.
