He got a bit of confidence after winning the last day and just got away with the ground, he probably wouldn't want it any softer than that. . He was probably getting a bit lonesome in front. It helped that I didn't get bumped around, I got things easy so I was able to ride the race how I liked. It's a family operation and everyone contributes. It's not easy to produce winners of these kind of races on a regular basis, it takes a lot of doing and you have to work hard. We have good facilities, a variety of gallops, and can do everything at home. . This is a nice horse from the family of Constitution Hill and Menorah. He's been slow enough to get going but he's a raw five-year-old with a lot of talent and I'd be hoping that he'll make up into a nice horse over fences.

in her last run there was no pace and she pulled her head off so we took her to a schooling race and left her go out in front and she went really well. Obviously some penny has dropped since then and she has become very professional. We have no doubt she has ability but we just have to get it right with her. All the races she's had, she has learned a lot and today was the chance to put her out in front. I was happy with her and was really hoping she'd win and would have been disappointed if she didn't. We'll look for black-type for sure and she is a chasing type who has already schooled over fences. The penny has really dropped since her last schooling race and she will stay in time.

His jumping won the race in Killarney under a brilliant ride from Rachael Blackmore, and Darragh (O’Keeffe) was equally good on him this evening. He’s only a four-year-old but he’s growing up and learning his trade. He hasn’t won by far and hopefully won’t get a massive penalty and we’ll find another handicap for him. I thought the ground had gone (too soft) for him but when I came here I couldn’t believe my luck.
