I don’t how to describe it. She is four from four here. She just seems to turn in to that second last and just relishes going up in front of the stands. She knows this place pretty well now and loves coming here. She ran a belter at Punchestown. We got left at the start, there was a couple of false starts, and she was second last when they jumped off. To get into contention turning in and finish as close as she did we were delighted. She just didn’t have the run of the race. I just wasn’t sure coming back here so quick. She was as fresh as paint Tuesday morning and I just said we'd stick her in. She has just been fabulous for us, and the syndicate are getting so much enjoyment. She is just tough as boots and loves racing. The step up in trip this year has definitely helped. We contemplated going chasing but I don’t know, we’ll see. There is a race I want to go back and try and win, and that’s the 2m 5f conditional riders race at Cheltenham in November. I was second in it a few years ago with a mare called Vale Of Avocia. It’s a race I think will suit her, the hill and everything. Maybe now with her rating she might just get in. I’ll keep that in the back of my mind. We'll tip away with her for the summer and we might get back to Galway again. The race didn’t go to plan last year at Galway. She is just a pleasure to train. It'll be hard to keep the record here. If a race comes up here we will definitely come back!

the disqualification at Downpatrick was hard to take for the guys (Heads Or Harps Syndicate) - Dylan made a decision that day and none of us thought she’d lose it and it was disappointing for the guys. I'm delighted for the syndicate, they’re really enthusiastic and love racing. Hopefully she stays health and sound and we'll get more days out of her. I'm delighted she has won somewhere other than Downpatrick, with no disrespect, because it just gives us more options. She takes her racing well and is tough and might go to Galway next Wednesday if she gets into the mares handicap hurdle over two mile one. It might be on the short side but she owns us nothing this year.

Her pedigree is nice and obviously we were running her on winter ground and she wasn't handling it. This was the first time she got good ground. We put a 7lb claimer on her to give her every chance and she jumped great and travelled. Dylan gave her an absolute peach of a ride, I'm so impressed with the chap. He did everything to instruction. His agent recommended him. That's the first time he has ridden for me. I'm delighted for that syndicate (Heads Or Harps Syndicate) as they've had horses with me before and this is their first winner with me. She did a bit of work in the Curragh last week but I only have two horses in training. She was in good form and she stayed galloping. She's tough. I trained her mother (Peggy Maddock) to win a point-to-point. It's a good tough family. We'll keep going for the summer with her. She could come back here.
