Johnny Murtagh was seen at his very best when guiding Zaralabad home in the www.thetote.com Kingdom Gold Cup Handicap at KillarneyWed 24th Aug
French Quebec travelled much better to the business end of the opening Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Maiden at Killarney than any of her rivals but when the pressure was applied by her rider Johnny Murtagh, the twice previously raced juvenile swished her tail. After race at
Curragh Sat, 10th Sep, 2011 (1st)
Madhmoonah did it nicely and is a good filly. It isn't often one gets beaten at Killarney (when turned over having gone 1.01 in-running) and comes back to win at the Curragh!. The ease in ground helped her and the CL Weld Stakes here in a few weeks time will be her next race.
