Its been a while since he stuck his head in front and its nice to be in the No 1 spot with him again. He is very consistent and he was entitled to win that race. Although he has failed to win similar races in the past. They have done a good job watering the track but Barry (Geraghty) said to me the ground was a bit dead for him. He will have an entry in the Galway Plate, where he will need the ground good or quicker. Like a lot of other horses he was bang there with a chance approaching the last but he came down (in last year's Plate).

Lucky Wish had to dig deep to win today and that was pleasing to see. Good ground is the key to him and we'll see what way the weather goes before making plans now . he may head to Britain for better ground.
