He’s been a legend for the yard. He runs fresh and well this time of the year,. The ground today was a bit of a concern and he never won on soft ground before but he was in such tremendous form at home that we had to take the chance. Wayne as usual gave him a brilliant ride. He got a winter break and this time of year is always fresh and well of himself. Hopefully we can give him a break in mid-summer and try and keep him sweet. He’s a ten-year-old so doesn’t owe anybody anything. He loves Naas as well. We have him in at Cork so hopefully we’ll get in the seven furlongs Premier Handicap (on May 5th) with a win under his belt. He was second there last year. If he goes in that form then he should have a good chance.

The last day he wasn’t beaten too far on his first outing of the year. He improved at home and was in good form today. He seems to love the track and Wayne gave him a brilliant ride. It’s great for a nine-year-old to come out and do that. When he gets a bit warm beforehand, that is usually a good sign. He’s in a Premier Handicap over seven furlongs at Cork on May 6 but Wayne thinks he’s still better over six. Cork is an easy seven so we’ll see. We can also aim him at Premier Handicaps like the Scurry and Bold Lad later in the year.

He's done very well and we're all very pleased,. He was in good form and we were positive coming here. He was a bit unlucky the last time in Leopardstown when he didn't get any run and he did well today. He loves the Curragh and Shane gave him a brilliant ride, he knows him well. He's so tough and honest and always runs his best. It's great to have a horse like that in the yard.

Killian gave him a brilliant ride. He was a bit unlucky last time at Naas as he got no run,. We were hoping for a very good run today and we were pretty confident. He loves it here and he loved the ground today, it was good safe ground. The biggest aim for us would be to win a premier handicap here and we'll look at the Scurry and Bold Lad again for him. He was placed in both last year. He has proven he's competitive at that level so we'll keep trying. He always runs his best and always gives you a nice day out. He's just amazing and it's great to have him. It's amazing to win on a classic day and I have no words to describe the feeling. It's one of the biggest days and for a small yard like ours it makes all the hard work worth it. It's really brilliant. We're based in a little yard just outside Banbridge and have nine horses at the moment. We have few young horses that we're looking forward to running as they are shaping well.

We weren’t surprised as he was working very well at home and Shane Foley thought in his work that he was quicker than last year. We came here with a good chance and the plan worked out alright. Hopefully we can have a good season with him. That win gives us plenty of options with him as last year the five furlongs seemed to be a bit short for him.

He's improved from the last race, and I'm very pleased with him. I was worried about the draw but Kieren had a plan and was very good,.

I'm very pleased with him. Kieren gave him a great ride from the draw as we were a bit concerned about it. We thought a good jockey could defeat a bad draw. He's in again over six furlongs next week and we'll see what the handicapper thinks. He seems in good form and has been working very well at home. Hopefully he'll run again next week, we'll see how he comes out of the race.
