< A Genie In Abottle led home a one-two for Gigginstown House Stud in the M.W. Hickey Memorial Chase at Wexford.
The 1-2 favourite put the pace to the race but Sean Flanagan started to roust him along fully half a mile from the finish as Tiger Roll Thanks For Tea and Bay Of Freedom snapped at his heels.
The quartet cleared the final obstacle almost as one, but A Genie In Abottle dug deep into his reserves of stamina and stretched away again to beat Tiger Roll by a length and a half.
The maroon and white silks of Michael O'Leary's operation also dominated the IRIS First For Racing Footage In Ireland Beginners Chase as the Gordon Elliott-trained Dinaria Des Obeaux (2-1) pipped Meade's Le Martalin by a neck.< High School Days (9-2) supplemented last month's Gowran win in the IRIS First For Racing Footage In Ireland Rated Novice Hurdle, while the Joseph O'Brien-trained Imperial Way (5-4) completed a great day for Gigginstown in the Jim Whitty Memorial (C & G) (Pro/Am) Flat Race.
O'Brien's Early Doors showed a good attitude to make a successful jumping bow in the Nick O'Donnell Memorial Maiden Hurdle.
The 4-6 favourite hit the front after jumping three out and although Niven was a constant thorn in his side down the straight, Early Doors pulled out plenty to score by a length and a half.< Antimatter (7-2) has been really consistent this campaign and took his game to a new level by defying top weight in the Adare Manor Opportunity Handicap Hurdle for Donncha Duggan and Ricky Doyle.
Doyle followed up when getting Come Home Quick (16-1) to land the Wexford Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Maiden Hurdle in a blanket finish.
There was also good action at Galway, where Meade's 10-1 shot Half The Odds claimed the scalps of Awayinthewest and Ainsi Va La Vie in the galwayraces.com Mares Maiden Hurdle.
However, the star performance at Ballybrit came in the W.B. Gavin & Co. Irish EBF Beginners Chase, which impressively went the way of Pat Kelly's Pertemps Final hero Presenting Percy (11-4).
