Fresh from riding his first winner at the Cheltenham Festival, Adrian Heskin won the feature race of the day at Down Royal as One Cool Cookie strolled home in the Guinness Chase.

Heskin, who is attached to Michael Hourigan's yard and rode A New Story to victory in the Cross Country Chase at Cheltenham for his boss a day earlier, a a much easier time of things this time.

It could have been different had the favourite Air Force One not crashed out at the fifth-last.

"Today was my first outside ride and he jumped like a buck. I was still travelling well when the other horse fell," said Heskin.
