Simon Torrens sealed a 203/1 double in Wexford when bottom-weight Captain Cobajay stayed on well in the Brendan Cullimore Opportunity Handicap Steeplechase.
The 16/1 shot got the better of Eviscerating off the home turn and forged on two out. He was kept up to his work to win by two lengths.
This was a winning spare for Torrens who came in for the ride as Adam Short injured his shoulder. Arch Melody kept on for second at 5/2 with My Manekineko a further three parts of a length away in third at 12/1.
Trainer Dusty Sheehy said: "He tripped here three runs ago and fell when he looked like he would be first or second and was second in Tramore the last day.
"Good ground is key to him and we were struggling to get him into races. I was thinking yesterday whether or not I'd run him from 5lbs out of the handicap but I looked at the calendar and there was nothing coming up so I had to run him.
"Adam (Short) then got hurt and I had never met Simon (Torrens) but he gave him a great ride and the 4lbs was a big help.
"We'll look for a similar race again next."
Torrens also delivered on Shes Flat Tothemat (11/1) in the two and a half mile handicap hurdle.
