The finale on Gowran's eight race card, the PRL Kilkenny Joe Bollard Memorial INH Flat Race went the way of Tina Marie on her first start for Tom Gibney.
Better ground and a longer trip certainly did the daughter of Dubai Destination no harm on her fifth appearance in public and she proceeded to make all.
A 25/1 chance in the hands of Noel McParlan, the five-year-old was asked for more two furlongs out, and she stayed on strongly in the final furlong to comfortably defeat favourite Jolucy by six lengths.
"That's fantastic. It was her first run for me and I wasn't really sure what to expect," revealed Gibney.
"My horses had been a bit sick, and that's only my second runner back, third if you count the one who didn't make it past the first hurdle today. I just got her fit for today and she done the rest."
