Rheinland leaves it late
Rheinland just got up on the line to deny the front-running Jacksonlady in the concluding bumper at Tramore.
Brian Carey made a successful return to the amateur ranks when getting a good tune from the mare inside the final furlong to just edge a photo.
Augustine Leahy 's charge, who has tried her hand at hurdling already, is set for a return to action over timber.
"She'll probably go hurdling again soon," said Leahy afterwards.
24-year-old Carey had previously been a claiming professional but was making his return to action on the racecourse having switched to amateur status.
