Ger Lyons' Reckless Endeavour gained a second career win at Gowran today when landing the Summer Festival Weekend June 18th & 19th Rated Race under the trainer's stable jockey Colin Keane.
The son of Kodiac was all out in the closing stages for a head win over Mizaah and following the win, Lyons stated “that looked a good strong race on paper.
“I was happy with him coming here, and he was very buzzy the first night at Dundalk. I think he gets a mile which gives us more options.
"He was plagued with sore shins last year but Colin said it's beautiful, quick ground with no jar."
