Rebel Aclaim wins for Cashman
Paul Cashman made the journey from Cork worthwhile when Rebel Aclaim landed a touch in the Michael Higgins & Co Handicap under Ben Curtis in the colours of the Liam Cashman.
Winning trainer Cashman said afterwards, “She needed the run the last day she ran and that put her right. She is as tough as nails and she’s very honest, she makes the job very easy. We will try and go back to Galway over 7 furlongs, the hill there should suit her. We will probably put her in foal next year.”
Acclamation who sired the first two home in this race stands in Rathbarry Stud where winning trainer Paul Cashman operates from.
