O'Gara completes a week to remember
Ronan O'Gara has had a week to remember and after himself and his wife Jessica welcomed their third child into the world on Wednesday night last, a boy, his horse Your Busy added to his Ballinrobe gains by landing the Bellewstown Golfcourse Handicap Hurdle.
The son of Anshan travelled like a dream under Alan Crowe but he ultimately had to display plenty of grit to fend off Passifyoucan by a neck. Connectivity s saddle slipped and he unseated Paul Townend while still holding every chance on the run to the last.
Winning trainer James Nash, said of his charge, who was well-backed in morning trading but was easy on track: "He travelled and jumped great. Alan said he is still learning and hopefully he'll keep improving. I'd imagine the owner might like to go to Galway now and I think there is a three mile handicap for him on Plate Day.
"He is obviously going to be a chaser of the future. He has battled well now the two days he has won so that is good to see."
