Only Mine has trainer Joe Murphy dreaming of bigger targets ahead after easily justifying prohibitive odds in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Cork.
The Joe Murphy-trained filly had showed plenty of promise on both previous outings at the Curragh, notably when runner-up to Most Beautiful in the Group 3 Grangecon Stud Stakes on Irish Derby weekend.
Pat Smullen kept things simple on the 2/5 favourite by making all and just pushing her out to score by a length and a half. Diamond Fields took the runner-up spot with Shoellen another length away in third, and the trio finished well clear of the remainder.
Murphy said, "There was fierce talk about Stack's runner (Diamond Fields) and I do believe it as I'd say she is very good, but this filly is exceptional.
"She cruised and did that very easily and I promise you she is very good. She'll run in the Debutante, Moyglare and is also in the Cheveley Park Stakes. There are exciting times ahead with her."
