The opening race at Naas, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden was won in style by the Aidan O’Brien trained Lake Ontario
Johnny Murtagh hit front with a furlong to go and in matter of strides the pair had the race to themselves when going on to score by an easy five lengths.
The 11/4 favourite Lacy Brief from the Kevin Prendergast stable finished ninth.
