The Mayo Pink Ribbon Supports The National Breast Cancer Research Institute Handicap Hurdle saw Rachael Blackmore complete a double aboard Jiving Jerry (5/2 jt fav).
The Jeremy gelding travelled well tracking the leaders before being produced to lead after the last.
He kept on well on the run-in to account for Melly And Me (11/1) and My Manekineko (10/1) by two lengths and a length and a quarter. The other 5/2 joint favourite Bold Emperor was fourth.
The successful 5-year-old had gained a breakthrough win at Killarney in August before being placed on his last two starts.
He’s trained in Gowran by Jimmy Barcoe who said: “He’s learning still — he was the youngest horse in the race and he’s by the right sire (Jeremy, second winner on the card).
“He’s run on every type of ground and I think coming back to two miles suited as he’s always had plenty of gears.”
