Flynn's good run continues
Paul Flynn who saddled Drunken Sailor to land the feature race at Galway on Friday evening was back in the winner’s enclosure with the same connections after Salgrev ran out a 2 ½ length victory of the Naas Handicap under Padraig Beggy.
Flynn stated afterwards, “We thought this morning she was in season and that stopped us having a few quid on her other than that we would have been fancying her as she’s in great form and working well.”
Flynn also added, “Drunken Sailor is in fantastc form. He went up four pounds for his win and he still qualifies for a (0-90) handicap at York.”
