The James Lambe-trained Ever Rock powered home in the final furlong to land the spoils in the GavinLynchRacing.com Handicap at Navan.
Seamie Heffernan held his mount up in the five furlong contest before asking her to take close order over a furlong from home.
The Society Rock filly ran on well to get on top in the closing stages and record a length-and-a-half win at odds of 14/1.
“It was great. She's been unlucky on her last couple of runs but things worked out well today,” said Lambe.
“Seamie gave her a great ride and it's fantastic for everyone concerned. She's not a bad little filly.
“She comes home well and she probably wants a stiff five or an easy six. She's a bit finnicky in the stalls, somedays it works and somedays it doesn't.
“It's great for the owner who is a great supporter of mine.”
