Bullock runs them over in bumper
Bullock Harbour put up a good display of front-running to land the concluding Listowel Harvest Festival (Pro/Am) Flat Race under his owner, Barry Connell.
The Jessica Harrington-trained 5/1 shot kept on well in the final furlong to see-off the well-backed Ross Bay by a length and a half. Favourite Laganbank could manage only fourth.
A delighted Connell said afterwards: "The plan was to jump off and make all. He is better with an ease in the ground and he is a super horse. We'll look at the programme book now for another bumper. In any case he is an exciting hurdling prospect."
