Gordon Elliott's handicap hurdlers, Eshtiaal and Mustadrik, have had an industrious spell in recent times, and his Be Seeing You could be set for something similar after his convincing success under Paul Carberry in the Downpatricks Looking Good Handicap Hurdle.
The 4/1 shot mightn't have been too smart over the second last hurdle, but it was soon apparent that Halls Bridge was facing an unenviable task in trying to fend off the sweet-travelling Carberry mount.
The former Roger Charlton inmate eased away up the run-in to prevail from Personal Shopper by four and a quarter lengths.
"He won well and was a bit green. He's in at Perth on Sunday and Roscommon on Tuesday so I'll see. He's owned by friends of ours from Trim," revealed Elliott.
